Dr. Winters provides patient care in the Primary Eye Care Service. She received her optometry training from the Illinois College of Optometry and the University of Alabama at Birmingham College of Optometry. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Winters is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.
