Dr. Teitelbaum provides patient care in the Primary Eye Care Service and the Center for Advanced Ophthalmic Care. He received his optometry training from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the Illinois Eye Institute. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Teitelbaum is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.
