Dr. Polanek graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2000. She completed a Primary Eye Care and Ocular Disease Residency at ICO in 2001. She is currently a part-time clinical instructor in the Primary Care department at ICO and also examines patients in the Advocate HMO clinic at ICO.
