Dr. Gunderson provides patient care in the Cornea Center for Clinical Excellence. His special interests are specialty contact lenses and drug delivery systems. He received his optometry training at the Illinois College of Optometry and his graduate degree from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Gunderson is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. He is also Vice Chairman of the Association of Contact Lens Educators.
