Dr. Asano provides patient care in the Primary Eye Care Service and the Center for Advanced Ophthalmic Care. She received her optometry training from The Illinois College of Optometry and the Illinois Eye Institute. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Illinois Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, National Glaucoma Society, and the American Public Health Association.
