Dr. Allen is a recent graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry and is currently completing a residency in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at the same institution. Dr. Allen graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington campus, in 2003 with a degree in Biology as well as a concentration in Spanish. She is an active member in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development as well as an active member of Volunteers of Optometric Service to Humanity. She was involved in a mission trip to Honduras in 2006, as well as, enjoys participating in the vision screenings associated with the Special Olympics.
